At SmashCity, we value partnerships with contractors who seek long-term, recurring bookings for badminton, pickleball, and volleyball courts. Whether you're organizing regular training sessions, leagues, or community events, our facility is here to support your needs.

We aim to create a seamless experience for our contractors by offering:

  • Flexible Policies: Our tailored booking, payment, and cancellation policies are designed to accommodate the unique needs of recurring reservations.

  • Professional Facilities: Our courts are well-maintained to provide an optimal experience for your sessions, ensuring a professional setting for your clients.

Contractor Policies (Effective on January 1st, 2025)

We’ve developed specialized policies to ensure clarity and convenience for our contractors:

1. Store Credit and Cancellations:
Contractors must provide a minimum of seven days' notice before the booking date to receive a full credit refund for cancellations.
No Credit or Refund: Cancellations made within seven days of the booking are non-refundable and non-creditable.

 

2. Invoicing and Payment Terms:
2.1 Invoice Timing: Invoices are issued by the 25th of each month for the upcoming month or season.
2.2 Payment Due Date: Payments are due by the last day of each month for the upcoming month or season
2.3 Overdue penalty: Payments received after the due date will incur a 5% late fee for each week overdue. Contractors who accumulate more than two late payments within a six-month period may be required to prepay for future bookings.

 

3. Change of Contractor Status
If we notice a pattern of frequent cancellations, booking changes, and challenges with overdue payments. We may revise the terms of contractors’ engagement with us. The contractors’ privileges can be discontinued.
3.1 All the future bookings will be canceled until they clear up the overdue payment
3.2 No more advanced booking. Only bookings within two weeks will be allowed.
3.3 All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking directly at the front desk
